Important Delivery Information
All Left Home Art deliveries require a signature on arrival at their new home. For your convenience we will let you know by email or phone when we ship your parcel. If you require delivery on a certain day of the week we will try our best to accommodate this, please leave a note in the comments section during the order process.
Most deliveries are despatched on Royal Mail's 48hr Parcel Force service following the production and packing process which usually takes between 2-5 days (we will endeavour to let you know straight away should this not be the case).
The option of Saturday delivery is available but will incur an extra £2 charge. Drop us an email via the contact form if you require this additional service.
Returns
All Left Home Art is made to order with the greatest of care and attention to detail. We package all art to reach you in perfect condition, but we do understand that accidents can sometimes happen. If you order has been damaged in transit or found to be faulty in any way please contact us immediately via email or phone for a returns number and to take you through the returns procedure.
Returns must be returned through Royal Mail using their 'signed for' recorded delivery. You will need to pay for the return although when we receive and acknowledge the goods to be faulty we will offer a remedy/reimburse your postage costs.
If you would like to return non-faulty goods then they must be returned in the pristine condition they were sent to you in, with the original packaging and everything intact. We will not be able to refund postage costs in this instance both outward and inward bound. With satisfactory receipt of the returned goods we will refund your account either fully or with a discretionary percentage taken off if the goods are found to be imperfect in any way.
